  • Violence or threats of violence against any person, group, or entity
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to drug sales, weapons trafficking, fraud, or money laundering
  • Spam, scams, or deceptive practices designed to mislead or defraud other users
  • Intellectual property infringement including counterfeit goods or unauthorized use of copyrighted material
  • Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
  • Impersonation of other individuals, businesses, or organizations
  • Content that promotes self-harm or dangerous activities

Enforcement Actions

Violations of these policies will result in:

  • Immediate content removal without warning
  • Account suspension or permanent ban at our sole discretion
  • Reporting to law enforcement when illegal activity is suspected
  • Cooperation with legal authorities in investigations

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of BST List, you agree to:

  • Treat all users with respect and courtesy
  • Provide accurate and honest information in all listings and communications
  • Report inappropriate content or behavior immediately
  • Maintain the security of your account and not share login credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

  • Not circumvent or attempt to bypass our security measures

4. Listing Standards and Requirements

Prohibited Items and Services

  • Illegal items or services of any kind
  • Weapons, ammunition, or dangerous materials
  • Counterfeit or replica items
  • Stolen or fraudulently obtained goods
  • Adult content or services
  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances
  • Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination
  • Hazardous or toxic materials
  • Live animals (except through approved dealers)

Required Listing Standards

  • Accurate and detailed descriptions - no misrepresentation
  • Clear, high-quality photos showing actual condition
  • Fair and reasonable pricing based on market value
  • Honest condition assessment with disclosure of all flaws
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Professional and respectful communication

5. Moderation and Content Review

BST List reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content at our sole discretion. We employ both automated systems and human moderators to enforce our policies. Content may be removed without warning if it violates these terms.

Users are encouraged to report violations immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. False reports or abuse of the reporting system may result in account penalties.

6. Account Termination

BST List reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. We may also terminate accounts for:
